What to Include

A short email is plenty to start. The more of this you can share up front, the faster we can give you a real answer.

  • Property address, or the city and state if the listing is confidential
  • Unit count, unit mix, and year built
  • Asking price, or a guide on pricing expectations
  • Current occupancy and any recent rent roll or T-12
  • Timeline, and whether the seller is under any deadline
  • Anything unusual — deferred maintenance, HUD or LIHTC contracts, partial vacancy
